Spring Break...
No, I'm not in Daytona or Ft. Lauderdale or anywhere like that, it's just time for my usual spring hiatus. Those who followed my former web site, thefinalscore.net, know that I used the spring to start studying up for my summer football previews. Last year was the first in five that I did not provide in depth, pre-season analysis for the forthcoming Big Ten football campaign.

This year, I am hoping that time allows me to get back to it, at least on some level. In the meantime, spring is here in Michigan and any good weather means time on the golf course.

Check back in May to get a feel for when -or- if I will get around to my football previews this year.

Fantastic, Andy.

Just a few months left until college football season? Wow!

Forgive me for being so darn right giddy, but my Ball State Cardinals will be battling Michigan, Indiana, and Purdue this year (with the Hoosiers coming to Muncie)!

I think the entire TFS community joins me in wishing you the happiest of springs and we eagerly await your much ballyhooed previews!

Andy:

Decided to venture into the world of bloging and signed up with myspace.com.

I have decided to go this route due to the message boards becoming too much of a bitch and moan session where every poster knows more than the coaches.

I look forward to sharing with you my observations to the upcoming football season.

F.Y.I.

My niece Lauren, the one that you met at the 2001 UM/MSU football game is studying in Chile this semester. She and five of her friends encountered a pack of wild dogs while walking back to their home from campus. Four girls were bit, including Lauren, and now all must begin taking the rabies vacine. Just keep all four of the girls in your prayers and hope they don't experience any complications.

Andy,
June is past halfway and no love yet for Drew Stanton? I'm making the trip to EL again this October, staying with wife's relatives.
